Article 2 Effect and Change of Terms and Conditions

Membership registration and service use

Article 1 Definition of Member

(1) "Member" refers to a person who agrees to these terms and conditions, fills out the membership registration form for the service, and is issued an 'ID' and 'password' as a general individual recognized by Mori Clinic as suitable for membership.

(2) Customers applying for use must apply under their real name (in the case of a corporation, the trade name in the corporate register). , you must apply for membership.


Article 2 Establishment of service subscription

(1) Service subscription is established with Mori Clinic's approval of the user's application for use and the user's agreement to the terms and conditions.

(2) Those who wish to use the service by joining as a member must provide personal information requested by Mori Clinic.

(3) If Whoshoo approves the user's application for membership, Mori Clinic will notify the user of the member ID and other contents deemed necessary by the company.

(4) The ID entered when signing up cannot be changed, and only one ID is issued per person.

(5) Mori Clinic does not accept any application for membership that falls under any of the following subparagraphs.

Article 3 Service use and restrictions

(1) In principle, the use of the service is 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, unless there is a special obstacle in the business or technology of Whoshoo.

(2) The service usage hours in the preceding paragraph may be limited after prior notice to the member if the company needs it, such as regular system inspection.

(3) Consultation service among the service contents may not be available 24 hours a day depending on the personal circumstances of the expert doctor who answers.


Article 4 Service usage fee

(1) The service can be used free of charge by all registered members.

(2) If the company charges a service, the timing, policy, and cost of the fee shall be disclosed on the service prior to the implementation of the fee.


Service withdrawal, re-registration and restrictions on use

Article 1 Withdrawal of service

(1) If a member wants to withdraw from the service, he or she can cancel the membership.

(2) If you inform us of your name, ID, password, and reason for cancellation when you apply for withdrawal, the membership will be canceled after checking whether it matches the registration record.

(3) Whether to withdraw or not is canceled if you do not log in with your existing ID and password.


· Article 2 service re-subscription

(1) If a user who has withdrawn from the service in accordance with Article 1 wants to rejoin, he or she can rejoin one week after the withdrawal.

(2) When requesting re-registration, you will be registered as a member in the same way as you did before, and if you provide your name, ID, and phone number that can identify you, we will process the re-registration.

(3) If you log in with a new ID and password at the time of re-registration, re-registration is completed.


Article 3 Restriction on Service Use

The Company may terminate the use contract or suspend the use of the service without prior notice if the member commits any of the following acts.

· Article 2 Medical information service

The information or counseling provided by the Services is in no way a substitute for a medical diagnosis. The information or counseling provided by the Services is in no way intended to be a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment, or treatment. If you have any questions or concerns about a member's health status, you should seek an actual specialist for diagnosis. Under no circumstances should you ignore a medical diagnosis or delay getting a diagnosis, treatment or treatment because of the information provided by the service.

(2) Mori Clinic does not recommend any specific tests, products or treatments mentioned in the service. All opinions expressed on the service are those of their respective authors. Mori Clinic is not responsible for the contents of any documents or consultations provided in the service.

(3) It is entirely at the user's discretion to accept the opinions of other members or visitors who use the service or the information on the service, professional doctors participating in the service. Therefore, the company is not responsible for any damages, injuries or other disadvantages resulting from the use, information, ideas or instructions of any product provided to the member.


Article 3 Service usage hours

(One). In principle, the use of the service is 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, unless there is a special obstacle in the business or technology of Movarun. However, this does not apply to the day or time set by the company for the need for regular inspections, etc.

(2). The company may divide the service into a certain range and set the available time for each range separately, and in this case, the content will be notified in advance.



Article 1 Obligations of Mori Member

(1) Mori Clinic allows members to use the service unless there are special circumstances.

(2) Mori Clinic has an obligation to provide services continuously and stably as stipulated in these terms and conditions.

(3) Mori Clinic handles opinions raised by members through appropriate procedures, and if it takes a certain period of time to process, the member must be informed of the reason and processing schedule.


Article 2 Member information security obligation

(1) Members are responsible for all management of member ID and password.

(2) Members agree to receive service e-mails sent as part of the service.

(3) If their ID is used illegally, the member must notify the fact to the Mori Clinic.

(4) Mori Clinic does not sell or provide personal identification information to a third party unrelated to Movarun without the prior permission of the member or user. However, Mori Clinic can use the voluntarily provided registered information in the following cases.

me. When providing advertisers with statistical (never revealing the identity of individual members) about service members and user groups

(5) Personal identification information (user name, ID, e-mail address, etc.) may be voluntarily disclosed in communication spaces (hereinafter referred to as communication spaces) such as bulletin boards and chat rooms. In this case, the disclosed information may be collected, associated with and used by third parties and may receive unsolicited messages from third parties. Such actions of third parties cannot be controlled by Mori. Therefore, Mori Clinic does not guarantee the possibility of discovering member information by methods beyond its control.

(6) Mori Clinic may use cookie technology for the convenience of using the service. Cookies are small text files used by websites to identify returning users and to help them continue to access and provide personalized services. In general, cookies work by giving users a unique number that has no meaning outside of the site that gave the cookie. Cookies do not break inside the user's system and are not dangerous to the user's files. Mori Clinic cannot prevent advertisers of the service or related third parties from using cookies. However, the use of cookies may be necessary for the services (especially personalized information) to function properly.

(7) Mori Clinic may mutually provide/use member information between the service or the company and business partners.


Dispute Mediation

· We are not responsible for any damages incurred by the member in connection with the use of the service while the service fee is free. After the service fee is charged, it will be determined separately.

· In the event that a member violates the obligations under these Terms and Conditions and damages the company, or if a member causes damage to the company while using the service, the member must compensate the member for the damage.



· Mori Clinic is exempted from responsibility for service provision if it is unable to provide the service due to a natural disaster or force majeure equivalent thereto.

· Mori Clinic is not responsible for any disruption to service use due to reasons attributable to the member.

· Mori Clinic is not responsible for the reliability and accuracy of information, data, and facts posted by members on the service.
